Alesya Sinyawski, MSW
Alesya is an MSW under the supervision of Tiffany Lemery, with several years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and expertise.
When she’s not working, you can find Alesya spending time with her family, exploring new places, planning her next adventure, or getting lost in a good book. Her warm and engaging approach creates a safe space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and empowered.
Education & Training
I hold both a BA and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Alaska Anchorage. My practicum experiences included working with Job Cops, MyHouse, and as a Behavioral Health Specialist for children ages 3 through 12. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including adolescent girls in inpatient settings and adults battling addiction. I have collaborated with various disciplines and agencies to ensure my clients receive the advocacy and support they deserve.
Counseling Perspective
My approach is rooted in client-centered therapy, where the focus is on you—your experiences, goals, and the path you wish to take. I believe that therapy is a space for you to discover who you are and explore who you want to become. Together, we’ll work to identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward meaningful change.
